News - Worldwide Technical Services Contract

4 / 22 / 10: Boles Technology Awarded WWTS Contract

Boles Technology, of Beckley, WV, has been awarded an I.T. services contract by one of the largest Warranty Service companies around. Currently providing services to powerhouse I.T. firms like Dell, IBM, and Hughes - the partnership is sure to generate new business for both companies.

"We're incredibly excited to ink this deal and get started" says James Boles, President of Boles Technology. "We worked incredibly hard on this contract because we've always enjoyed the products from these major I.T. suppliers. But, we have focused BT like a laser on helping end users quickly and accurately - just like WWTS", he says.

The deal focuses mainly on Southern West Virginia for now, but is soon to expand into further markets. Nathanial Perry, Director of Operations for Boles Technology, sees the company moving all over the eastern seabord in the very near future. "Once the logistics are worked out, we see BT moving into several new, larger, markets to bring a new level of service to not only the larger cities like Charlotte, Cincinnati, and Atlanta - but to small towns and suburbs where I.T. service is minimal", he says.

This new focus on the "mom and pop" businesses in rural America has already lead to amazing customer feedback. "We sat for almost a month waiting for a different company to repair a new PC we bought a few months back. Once BT recieved our order - Mr. Perry called us the next day, and had us running perfectly the day after" says Jamie Mink of Princeton, WV.

Mr. Perry of BT concludes "We couldn't be happier. WWTS shares the same 'level of service' goals that BT does - that's why this was a very easy decision for us to become involved".
